• Members must pay the annual membership fee to register for the conference. Please ensure the payment of the 2025 membership fee.
• Payment methods for early registration include 'Credit Card Payment,' 'Bank Transfer,' and 'On-Site Payment at the Secretariat (Seocho-dong, Seoul).'
• Cancellation and refund for early registration are available until Friday, October 11.
• If you are unable to pay the early registration fee with a research fund card, you may pay first with a personal card (bank transfer not allowed). Then, complete the 'Pre-Registration Cancellation and Payment Modification' form and send it to the conference email (psk1946@psk.or.kr). The payment card can be changed on-site at the conference. (The form for registration cancellation and payment modification can be downloaded from the bottom of the early registration guide page.)
• The banquet fee is 20,000 KRW and can be applied for during early registration. Members who could not apply for the banquet during early registration may do so under the 'Purchase Banquet Tickets' tab. The banquet ticket payment must be completed by March 31; otherwise, the application will be canceled.
• Undergraduate students can register in the 'Undergraduate Student Pre-Registration' tab without a membership (without logging in). (The undergraduate pre-registration tab will not appear if logged in.)

Credit Card Paymen

• If you pay by card, your registration is processed immediately, and you can submit your abstract.
• If there is a problem during the card payment process, please proceed as follows
  - Edge/Chrome: Disable pop-up blocking on the Pharmacy Association website.
  - nternet Explorer: Add the Pharmacy Association website to 'Tools - Compatibility View Settings.'
• Manual transactions involving receiving card information over the phone are not allowed.

Bank Transfer

• If you pay by bank transfer, registration is processed within 3 hours, and you can submit your abstract. (Payments made after 6 PM on weekdays will be processed the following morning, and weekend payments will be processed on Monday morning.)

• Once payment of the membership fee and registration fee is confirmed, a 'Payment Confirmation Email' will be sent.

On-Site Payment at the Secretariat (Seocho-dong, Seoul)

• If you cannot pay online by card, you can visit the conference secretariat to pay by card. (Secretariat Address: 4th Floor, Korean Pharmaceutical Society Building, 194 Hyoryeong-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul (Available hours: 09:00 – 15:00))
• If you have applied for early registration online but have not made a payment (awaiting payment status), you can visit the secretariat and use the card terminal to pay.
• Before visiting, please send the payment details (names of registrants, membership type, payment details, and visit date) via email (psk1946@psk.or.kr).

• To cancel pre-registration or change the payment method (e.g., card change), download the form at the bottom, fill it out, and submit it via email (psk1946@psk.or.kr).
• Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction (e.g., card payment cancellation or bank transfer refund).
• Once the refund is processed, a 'Refund Completed Email' will be sent to the email address submitted on the form (processing time: 1-2 days).
• For those who wish to change the payment to a research fund card on the day of the conference, the pre-registration fee must be paid by credit card.
• If it is difficult to pay the registration fee with a research fund card during the pre-registration period and abstract submission is not required, you may leave the status as unpaid after completing pre-registration and pay on-site. (No need to submit a payment modification form.)

• Please select the session where you are invited as a speaker from the session list.
• If the invited speaker is a member, please complete the pre-registration first. If a non-member, you may submit your abstract without the pre-registration process.
• Detailed information regarding the invited lecture will be provided individually.

Poster Presentation Award (Submission Deadline: Final Abstract Submission Deadline)

• Abstracts submitted for Poster Presentation are eligible for the Poster Presentation Award, selected through a panel review at the conference. Winners will receive a certificate and a prize.
• Presenters should prepare a poster for attachment on the provided poster panel at the conference venue (95cm x 150cm) and must participate in the attachment and standing (for excellent poster review Q&A) at the designated time.

Outstanding Oral Presentation Award (Submission Deadline: March 19)

• Abstracts submitted for Oral Presentation are eligible to be selected as presenters at the Young Scientist Symposium (presenters will be notified separately by the Secretariat).
• oster presenters selected for oral presentations must prepare their presentation in a PPT file and present it in English within 7 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
• Presenters should send the presentation PPT file to the conference secretariat and prepare the poster for attachment on the poster panel (95cm x 150cm).

2025 Spring Travel Award (Application Deadline: March 19)

• You may apply for the Travel Award when submitting an abstract.
• The Travel Award supports the conference participation cost for the first authors of poster presentations (poster presentation or English poster oral presentation) under the age of 40 (born in 1986 or later for 2025) who are members of the PSK and have paid the annual fee for the year.
• Travel Award Awardees will be announced on the website in early April 2025.
• Awardees must prepare their presentation poster for attachment on the provided poster panel (95cm x 150cm) at the conference venue and take a photo with the poster to submit as proof of attendance.

Poster Not Attached

• If the poster is not attached to the designated location by 10 AM on the day of the attachment, it will be considered not attached.
• If the presenter does not participate during the poster standing time, it will be considered not attached.
• Posters that are not attached will be excluded from the Poster Award selection.
