Credit Card

• Registration is completed immediately upon payment → Abstract submission becomes available.
• To resolve payment errors:
  - Edge/Chrome: Allow pop-ups for the PSK website
  - Internet Explorer: Go to Tools → Compatibility View Settings → Add PSK website

Bank Transfer

• Processed within 3 hours after deposit → Abstract submission becomes available.
  (Deposits after 18:00 on weekdays or during weekends will be processed the following morning.)

• A payment confirmation email will be sent once payment is verified.

• Requests for cancellation or payment changes must be submitted before the deadline (October 7).
• Refunds will be processed according to the payment method:
  • Credit card → approval cancellation
  • Bank transfer → refund to designated account

A confirmation email will be sent upon completion.

• Lunch: One lunch and one luncheon symposium will be provided free of charge (one of each may be selected; reservation required during pre-registration).
• Luncheon symposia and banquet details will be announced.

• Exhibition and sponsorship programs will be available.
• Additional on-site events and networking opportunities will be announced.

• Abstract length: 300–1,500 characters (including spaces).

• Invited speakers who are members must complete pre-registration, including annual fee payment, before submitting an abstract.
• Invited speakers who are non-members may submit an abstract without registration
• Select the invited session from the session list.
• Detailed participation information will be provided individually.

• Complete pre-registration before submitting an abstract. Members must also pay the annual membership fee.
• Select your research area and presentation type: “Poster Oral Presentation” or “Poster Presentation.”
• Applicants for the PSK Travel Award must also select “Travel Award” and submit the required recommendation letter.
• If there are more than 10 authors, email the assigned poster number and the complete author list to the PSK Secretariat.
• Posters must fit within the panel size: 95 cm wide × 150 cm high.

Travel Award (Application deadline : September 28, 2026)

• When submitting your poster abstract, select "Travel Award" and attach a recommendation letter
• Eligibility: Under 40 years of age (born in 1987 or later), Graduate student, first author or co-first author of a poster presentation.
• Benefit: Conference registration fee support.
• Award announcement: To be announced
• Awardee requirements: Must participate in poster presentation and submit a photo showing both the presenter and poster (for attendance verification).

Young Scientist Symposium (YSS) Oral Presentation Awards

(Application Deadline: September 18, 2026)

• Select “Poster Oral Presentation” to apply for YSS.
• Applicants will be reviewed by academic representatives in each research field.
• Selected applicants will be notified individually.
• Applicants not selected for YSS will participate as regular poster presenters.
• Selected YSS presenters must give a 7-minute presentation and a 2-minute Q&A in English.
• They must also display a printed poster and participate in the assigned poster Q&A session.
• All selected YSS presenters will receive either an Outstanding Oral Presentation Award or an Oral Presentation Award based on the evaluation results.

Outstanding Poster Presentation Award

(Application Deadline: Poster Abstract Submission Deadline)

• Select “Poster Presentation” as the presentation type.
• Display your poster at the assigned time and participate in the poster Q&A session.
• Reviewers in each research field will evaluate the poster and Q&A to select awardees.

• Posters not displayed by 9:30 a.m. on the presentation day, or presenters absent from the assigned Q&A session, will be recorded as “not presented.”
• Such posters will not be eligible for awards.

Official Letter of Acceptance and Invitation

PSK can issue an Official Letter of Acceptance and Invitation to participants who have completed the registration payment and submitted a poster abstract.
To request a letter, please send the following information to psk1946@psk.or.kr:

• Full name as shown on your passport
• Affiliation and country
• Abstract number
• Abstract title

The letter will confirm the acceptance of the abstract for poster presentation and officially invite the participant to attend the conference.

Please allow up to five business days for processing.

The invitation letter does not imply any financial support or guarantee the issuance of a visa. All travel and accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the participant.
